21st European Parking Conference & Exhibition
The 21st European Parking Conference & Exhibition took place in Brussels on 17–18 September 2025 under the theme “Reshaping Urban Space – Delivering Sustainable Parking Management and Mobility Solutions”. The event brought together nearly 600 participants, including industry leaders, innovators, and professionals from across Europe.
The two-day program featured keynote speeches, policy sessions, expert-led workshops, and a professional exhibition presenting the latest products and services in the parking and mobility sector. The prestigious European Parking Awards were also presented, and numerous networking opportunities supported exchange and collaboration.
Every two years, the European Parking Association (EPA) organizes an international gathering to highlight parking as a vital part of the urban mobility system and as an essential service in Europe’s cities. Since 1983, EPA Congresses and Conferences have been hosted in cities including Madrid, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Nice, Berlin, Rome, Budapest, Barcelona, Lisbon, Oslo, London, Geneva, Vienna, Turin, Dublin, Rotterdam, Malaga, and Brussels.
Due to EPA’s move from Cologne to Brussels in 2023, the EPA Board decided to hold the 21st edition of this prestigious event in 2025, again in Brussels. To emphasize the change of venue and a different format, with even more focus on interactive workshops and networking, it was also decided to temporarily change the denomination from “Congress” to “Conference”.
